Natural Health Technician [Module 811]

Natural Health Technician Certification

In addition to the Natural Health Educator curriculum, the Natural Health Technician received general training on natural care methods. He knows the importance of rejuvenation (essential when beginning any therapy) and how to prescribe it. He is able to carry out physical care (hydrotherapy, baths, massages) and to prescribe remedies and common homeopathic treatments. A clinical case studies course complements this module (mandatory for those studying under the Professional status) before moving on to the next level: Natural Health Practitioner. This distance education module is the third level of the Natural Health Practitioner program and is a prerequisite for level 4 specialization in Naturopathy, Homeopathy or Bioenergetics.

Opportunities

The Natural Health Technician can work as a therapist at home, in a health center or in a private practice. He or she is able to teach a specific technique, organize seminars (or broadcasts) for schools and associations, or work in a product/equipment laboratory.
