Acknowlegments and Certifications

The most meaningful acknowledgement of the quality of our work comes from our students. This being said, courses at the College are recognized by numerous associations and organizations. The College exists since 1988 and has obtained all relevant acknowledgements in the field of alternative therapies.

Professional Level

At the corporate and professional levels, joining a professionnal association enables the patients to receive a refund from their private insurance companies, when they have one. However, this does not constitute a legal acknowledgement from the Department of Education or the Office des professions du Québec.

Since the education offered at the College is internationally recognized by numerous associations, our students are assured to be able to join one of them which will entitle their patients to receipts, namely in France, Canada and the USA.

The Alternative Medicine College of Canada is proud to announce the recognition of its courses and diplomas by SOFEDUC,  an organization that accredits continuing education in the province of Quebec. This recognition will enable the AMCC to be accredited by the AEMEAC (Association des écoles de médecines alternatives), which will be effective starting in September.

Alternative Medicine Regulations

Each country, and even each province or state when dealing with countries such as Canada or the United States, have their own regulations, or have no specific regulation.

However, an evolution is taking place, set in motion by the pressure from professional associations and increasing public demand. More and more private health insurances and mutual insurance companies acknowledge and accept to reimburse consultations.

Inform yourselves of the relevant regulations in your area by asking local practitioners.
