The training is accredited by Human Resources Development Canada and
Employment Quebec.
Fees are tax deductible (for Professional Studies training status).
Our programs are accredited by Professional Associations at the Corporate and Professional level, we are accredited by and you can become a member of:
A majority of private insurance companies recognize these associations. Becoming a member of one of these associations will entitle your clients, who have private insurance that covers alternative medicine consultations, to be partially or completely reimbursed for your consultations fees. Some companies’ programs will also cover supplements and homeopathic remedies. It varies considerably depending on the policy your clients will have.
In Canada, you will be recognized as a Naturopath, Homeopath and/or Acupuncturist in Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick and Quebec. You will be able to practice as a Natural Health Practitioner, Holistic Health Practitioner, Doctor of Natural Medicine, Registered Naturotherapy Practitioner, Registered Lifestyle Management Practitioner, Registered Manual Therapy Practitioner or Registered Nutritional Medicine Practitioner in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and Ontario depending on your specialty and the association you choose.
For all other international students, you should be able to practice Alternative Medicine in your area if your local government recognizes one of these associations. If not, you will need to find out with your government agencies what is the legislation supervising the practice of Alternative Medicine in your area. We are also in the process of being accredited by different associations in Europe.
