The first section of this course is dedicated to the Basic Elements: Water, Minerals, Trace minerals, Proteins, Lipids, Carbohydrates and Vitamins. The second section is dedicated to Food Groups and their dietetic virtues. The third section is dedicated to deficiencies for each of the vitamin groups.
