This course is dedicated to Phytotherapy or herbal medicine. Firstly, you will be looking at the basic steps to harvest, preserve and use medicine plants. You will also be looking more in depth at Aromatherapy. Then you will be studying the principles of energetic medicine (Yin-Yang and the 5 elements of oriental medicine) the main section of this course is dedicated to the study of each plantís application and relationship to the 5 elements (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood).
