Nutrition Clinical Case Studies [Course 924]

This course features a number of well-documented clinical studies relating to the chosen program. The student must put together three clinical case studies files relating to nutrition and demonstrate know-how on various levels: interview, observation, treatment and recommendations, record keeping and final report.
